RMA Service & Warranty Handling Voltixx / Sigenergy

Have you purchased a product from Voltixx and suspect a defect?
Please contact our service department via our online form or by email: service@voltixx.be.
A service ticket will then be created for you at Voltixx.

Our service team will assist you with possible solutions. If necessary, we will contact Sigenergy for further support. If the issue cannot be resolved through the suggested steps, Voltixx will assess whether the product is still under warranty and whether a warranty claim can be submitted to Sigenergy.

Warranty Procedure and RMA Request

If a warranty claim is accepted, Voltixx will submit an RMA request to Sigenergy.
Only after Sigenergy approves this RMA request will the product be replaced under warranty.
