New SigenStack DC Combiner Box & Compatible BC
To meet growing demands for extended energy storage backup, Sigenergy announces the upcoming release of the SigenStack DC Combiner Box (BC CMB-4). This addition enables up to four SigenStack Battery Controllers with mixed battery capacities to connect in parallel to a single C&I Hybrid Inverter.

Please notice: The new combiner box must be used with SigenStack Battery Controllers with the "-BST" suffix in the model name. And it is only compatible with the new BC models as leagcy models are not supported. Starting 2026/09/30, BC models will transition to new product codes.

Product Change Notice - SigenStack BC Cable
The SigenStack BC Cable connects the SigenStack Battery Controller with Sigen C&I Hybrid (HYA/HYB series), transmitting both power and communication signals between the two devices. The standard 4m cable covers most conventional installations where the Battery Controller and inverter are placed in close proximity.
However, for installations where the devices are positioned further apart, the 4m cable may fall short. To meet these long-distance setup requirements, we have introduced the 8m SigenStack BC Cable, providing greater flexibility for layouts with wider spacing.
Product Change Notice - Transition of Sigen Power Sensor Series
The Sigen Power Sensor series has completed its transition from third-party sourced to Sigenergy-developed. Key points below:

- 14370006 / Sigen Sensor TP-CT100 → 14370013 / Sigen Sensor TP-CT100-WI
- 14370007 / Sigen Sensor TP-CT300 → 14370016 / Sigen Sensor TP-CT300-WI
- 14370008 / Sigen Sensor TP-CT600 → 14370017 / Sigen Sensor TP-CT600-WI
What Changes:
- New part numbers with -WI suffix — CRM updated on 6/30. Old PNs will be phased out.
- Functional upgrades: frequency accuracy 0.5% → 0.2%; added WLAN + Bluetooth
- Fully backward compatible in RS485 mode — drop-in replacement for existing installations, no re-configuration needed.
- WiFi mode limited to SigenMicro and SigenMate — not supported with other devices.
