Steps to follow --> Become a Sigenergy Certified Installer

Step 1. Access the Registration Portal
1. Go to Sigen website www.sigenergy.com
2. Access the registration portal via the route -> Partner -> Become a partner -> User Register
Step 2. Choose the Account Type of Installer & Fill-in Information
1. Fill in your account details, get "Verification Code" to verify your registered account.
2. Fill in your company details.
*If the company is 1st time registeration, the system will set the account as an Administrator account.
*If the company already registered before, the system will make relationship via "Company Name" or "Company Code", and your
account will be set as one of Employee account.
Step 3. Service Confirmation
1. Read the on-line Service Agreement, knowing the terms & conditions.
2. Confirm you are willing to provide service for End-Users whose device was installed by your company.
Step 4. Complete the Registration
After you successfully submit your Registration Portal, it will be transit to system approval in 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the Installers can also self-activate account by entering a valid Serial Number (SN) on Sigen products.
Step 5. Training and Certification
1. Login website support.sigenergy.com, find the Certification Course via the route -> Training Center -> Training Course
-> Choose the course <SigenStor Installation Training & Certification>
2. Start your learning & Get pass the exam on-line.
3. Get your CSP Certificate.
