As of 20 January 2026, Dutch businesses can once again tap into the RVO’s SPRILA subsidy—covering up to 40% of total charging‑infrastructure costs. And here’s the real breakthrough: subsidy amounts for Sigenergy’s advanced DC chargers from 20 kW have been significantly boosted, making them more profitable than ever. There has never been a better moment to invest in fast charging, energy stability, and smart power management.

What is the SPRILA subsidy? (Dutch Market)

The Private Charging Infrastructure Subsidy Scheme for Busineses SPRILA) is intended for organisations that install charging points on privately owned or leased premises. The main conditions are:

  • You are an entrepreneur or public transport concession holder with a company established in the Netherlands.

  • The charging location includes at least one AC charger (≥ 11 kW) or one DC charger (≥ 20 kW).

  • The charging site is privately accessible (for employees, visitors, or restricted external use).

  • Applications can be submitted from 20 January 2026 until 18 December 2026.

The scheme responds to the growing demand for higher‑capacity charging infrastructure. In 2026, a new budget and updated categories for higher power levels apply, further encouraging investments in DC fast chargers.
